Joining Custodians Fencing Club.

The following is general guidance for joining the Custodians Fencing club for the start of a new course.

To join the club, membership is by the way of a joining fee that incorporates the buying of a piece of protective clothing called a plastron.(See beginners guide to equipment in Technical and Coaching). This plastron will be yours to keep.

Prices start from £15 for juniors £20 for seniors. Payment is required in advance and preferably by cheque made payable to the Custodians Fencing Club. This payment goes through the Clubs books and is easier to administer than cash. No profit is made to the club, plastrons are bought at cost from suppliers. If you are interested in a good second hand plastron rather than a new plastron, please ask for availability.

You will then pay £2 per session at the reception of the Castle Sports Complex where you will be issued with a receipt.

You must register with me prior to turning up for the registration. As spaces are limited this will be recognised as your act of commitment to joining the club at this time.

Junior members are taught on a continuous rolling programme, and can join as soon as a space is available.

Parents / Guardians are welcome / encouraged to stay and watch. There is a bar in the sports complex for those that do not wish to sit and watch the whole time. This is run by J2 catering.  www.j2catering.co.uk

Parents / Guardians are automatically registered as associate members and are able to buy / wear Custodians Fencing Club Merchandise.

To register your initial interest then contact me through the link option
BlademasterGBR@aol.com and I will be pleased to answerer any queries.

You can also find more details about the club on this web page www.custodiansfencingclub.co.uk

Thank you for your Interest.
